Payment

STRAYE accepts all major credit cards. 

Order Changes and Cancellations

To request an order change or cancellation, please visit the Contact Page to open a ticket as soon as possible because we can’t make changes once your order is out the door.

Shipping & Delivery

STRAYE offers FREE shipping on orders over $100 within Canada. Shipments occur within 2-7 days after your order is placed.

Tracking Your Package

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow at least one business day after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online. If the tracking information does not update online, and the expected delivery date has passed, please visit the Contact Page so that we can assist you further. If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to us by the courier, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment or a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Please try your shoes on immediately indoors. In case you wish to return or exchange your item(s), you have 4 weeks from the date of purchase. Shoes must be returned unworn and in original packaging. All returns must be authorized by STRAYE. To submit a return request, please use the contact form located on our Contact Page. All returns must be within 4 weeks of the order's delivery date. Outside of this window, your return will only be accepted at the discretion of STRAYE. Additionally, any returns received without an RMA or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of STRAYE. If accepted, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5 business days for processing. Some financial institutions may require additional days.
